I build AI products, and ship them.

I'm a senior AI product manager at Qure.ai, where I own qTrack, an AI platform that helps nurses at 7 US hospital systems get patients with abnormal scans to follow-up care. Before that, nearly four years at Jio shipping search, generative and clinical AI to 450M+ users. On my own time I build and run SmartMaps, a map of India in numbers, and WeekendOut, an Android app for planning weekends around Bengaluru.

Every figure says whether it is official or estimated, and where it comes from. Kerala goes deeper, down to every local body and village, in English and Malayalam.     Senior AI Product Manager
    Qure.ai · Bengaluru

    Own qTrack, a $2M+ ARR care-navigation platform that makes sure patients with critical or incidental imaging findings get follow-up care, live at 7 US hospital systems on Epic and Cerner.

    Releases. Led UAT and triaged 45+ issues to ship two releases in 11 days, cutting nurse time per case 30% and clearing go-live at 2 hospital systems worth $500K ARR.
    AI quality. Auto-refresh on new results, standardised prompts and hallucination checks cut errors in AI patient summaries from 12% to 3% on a 200-case test set.
    From chatbot to actions. Found that 60% of 90 days of assistant requests were 5 repeat tasks, and turned the assistant into one-click actions nurses review and approve; piloting at one site.

    Jio Platforms · Bengaluru

    Shipped search, content intelligence and generative AI across Jio's 450M+ user media platform, and ran a ₹65 Cr AI portfolio at 3.2X ROI.

    JioMedia, 2024–2026. JioTV+ search, Xtras, AI Censor and catalogue intelligence; JioCreate, a 20-agent video production system; and the ROI framework later adopted for most of JioMedia's ₹150 Cr+ AI initiatives.
    AI Centre of Excellence (Healthcare), 2022–2024. Took Avighna, a clinical symptom checker, from zero to 50K+ users through MyJio, JioHealthHub, KiviHealth and ABDM, at 72% real-world diagnostic accuracy.

What shipping AI has taught me.

Quality gates over manual review

Automated checks, not armies of reviewers. JioCreate only published what cleared 8.1/10 across six dimensions, with critic–refiner loops doing the rework.

Specialist agents over one big call

Hard problems split into agents that each do one job well. JioCreate ran 20 of them, 6 on Gemini Pro and 14 on Flash, to balance quality against cost.

Start small, scale with systems

Avighna started with just me and grew to a team of three. Once it worked, pipelines and frameworks did the scaling: from zero to 50K+ users without growing the team past three.

Metrics that matter

Retention, accuracy and efficiency over headline counts. Avighna's 55% drop in first-session bounce mattered more than its 50K users.

I've always been a systems thinker, and I like building the thing, not just writing the spec for it.

I started as a quality engineer at Fiat India on the Tata Nexon line, cutting part rejections through Kaizen. That taught me process, but I wanted to build products. After an MBA at IIFT Delhi, I joined Jio's AI Centre of Excellence in 2022 and built my first 0→1 AI product, Avighna, then moved to JioMedia to work on search, generative AI and JioCreate. In May 2026 I joined Qure.ai to lead product for qTrack.

Alongside my day job, I build and ship my own products end to end: data, design, code, launch and upkeep. SmartMaps and WeekendOut are both live.
